I took it out for a brisk 15 minute ride for the last top off and Stabil. A hoody, summer riding gloves and earphones just did not do the trick..

Anyone else still riding?

My battery puked out (I think and hope) on Labor Day and I ain't touched the bike since. It's goin under the knife this winter. Replacing the battery/fixing the charging system has been added to the list.

CheapZ, tell doug I said hi.

It is probably a different world on a fairing bike with a windsheild. There is no way I could ride mine longer then 10 minutes, it is brutal.

I put my gixxer away for winter storage the last week of October. Now it sits on race stands till spring...or if I decide to sell it.

Yes I did say "sell". This past week I just found out some not soo good news about my cat from the vet clinic and it's going to be a little expensive to get him better, so first thing to go is my bike since my cat is more important to me. If your interested in a truly mint and meticulously maintained '02 GSX-R600 pm me for more details or if you want to come see it in person as I have not officially put it up for sale. This is how it sits as of today:
