best buy has a pc with 8 gigs of ram 1 tera hard drive that comes with a 22" monitor and a hp printer for 500 dollars. each story only has like 10-20 of them. im assuming that has everything to do with the camping

I will never understand people standing in line for ANYTHING. Sales, movies, video games. Unless it's the apocolypse and it's for bread and cheese, screw that. I absolutely hate that standing in line has become like a cultural norm.

Only thing that interests me at all sale wise is maybe a new phone at Best Buy. They advertised some deals that were new and upgrades. I'd like a new phone but my Verizion new every 2 plan isn't until Feb.

my wife had some drama at toys r us! she got there at 9 at night for when they open at midnight. then around 15 minutes before they were going to open the doors a mob of people just filtered in with the people near the front of the line. now the problem is the managers didnt know who to kick out of line and told them they would not open the doors until the skippers left. then the cops came and were telling the skippers to get to the back of the line and i guess some people were getting pretty irate. they finally got it sorted out at 12:45 and let people go in the store. i cant believe these people werent even listening to the cops telling them to get out.

We hit the Wal-Mart up here in Minnesota this morning, a small town Wal-Mart mind you. I think everyone from town was in there. The big sale items ($198 laptop, $149 camcorder, etc, etc) had tickets they were handing out and once the tickets were gone, you were SOL. The only one of these items we picked up was a $78 Magnavox blu-ray player...and that wasn't even for us, the wife's aunt wanted us to pick it up. Otherwise it was kids stuff, $8 4gb SD cards and other misc BS. One irate local was going on and on about the ticket system, how he drove 35 miles for nothing...was a hoot to listen in on.

we go out every year on Black Friday to get some bargains and do most of our Christmas shopping in one day. I go to basically be a body guard for my wife. Last year we had a "hero" trying to ram women with his cart at Sears...I will not let that happen when I'm around. WI has some of the most rude people out on Black Friday so that would be my only beef with the tradition. Didn't have much incident this year minus a guy trying to grab some DVDs out of my hand at Target. He caught an elbow and some choice words to describe the example he was setting in front of his kids. Its always funny to me when people are shocked when you call them out for being an A-hole. :)

We went out at 6 am, got all the door busters we wanted from home depot, lowes, target, menards,best buy and walmart. The only place that was a real zoo was menards, line was all the way around the inside of the building to get to the black friday items. There was a secret back way that my brother and I took, grabbed our crap, and out of there in less then 15 minutes.

Walmart had 2 people at the door checking reciepts, I had the cops called on me when I refused. That was a fun 10 minutes. No fucking way am I going to be called a thief in a fucking walmart for a 13 dollar movie.
