I need a new one for the truck, looking for suggestions of places that are known to be cheaper than others.

well, with this powerful tool known as the interweb...... searching is pretty easy. particularly with downtime like you have sir. without the information of the exact battery you need, it's hard to search for me though. as a whole, Fleet Farm and Walmart have been cheapest for me. i prefer fleet farm. go to the one on county line/Q off of 41-45 in Germantown

There's a place on N 76th street that advertises a $29.99 battery... I'm assuming that's used though...

Save your receipt for your wally neverstart so you can preemptively kill it before the two years are up otherwise you'll have to argue with them when it comes to prorating when it dies at 2.5-3 years.

Just go to autozone and ask for the "used/expired" batteries. i believe 30 bucks they cost.

Probably going to end up getting one from walmart but calling remy in the morning. the cheapest I found was $79, just seemed a bit high for just a stock style battery. I have an Optima in the formula and I thought it was right around $100 or so.

take the one out of the formula, its not like that clutch is gonna last much longer anyway! :goof

BTW, you can get good used ones at most salvage yards around $15 or so. Farm and fleet batteries tend not to last so long, so keep that in mind.

Yeehaw, group 65's are top post arent they? He needs a 75 or 78 side post I believe.
