is a chain around the wheel really the best way they could have pulled that thing up onto the truck? I get it wash your hands off in a muddy puddle and then turn the wheel but damn

I was thinking the same thing but that's how most tow truck drivers operate, get in on and go with little regard for the vehicle itself. It's why I only deal with one guy who is VERY particular about loading/unloading ANY vehicle he tows.....

It also looks like the transmission was in park the entire time it was begin pulled.....

Seriously though, do you really think the wheels are still in perfect condition? or the paint is perfect, or the motor and trans are perfect anymore????? the front end is smashed up, you can see in the video. Its insured, so it will be totaled most likely. I wouldnt care at that point.

That's not the point; it's still someone's property and should be treated with a reasonable amount of respect.....

It's hard to imagine that there it isn't impossible to repair a car with a value north of 1 million dollars.

This clip has it as it's second story:

I saw the little news blurb on my phone about this, he was distracted by a Pelican and dropped his cell phone or some crap?

I laughed, sucks ass to ruin such a cool car though. Thats gonna be a total loss
