Badger Guns, Gander Mt, Cabelas ?

I checked Gander MTN and they dont stock 1911s from Springfield, only Kimberly. The 1911 im looking at has a double stacked mag and i want to see if the grip is going to be too wide for me.

Where is Badger Guns??

This is the exact gun im looking for.

The Springfield GI Parkerized 1911 is to pistols what the Marlin 60 is to rifles, probably about the highest produced gun there is, no need to hold one, there out there new in box. Great gun by the way!

You'll see inventory climb in the next month, watch for deals before x-mas.

I have seen regular 1911s, but i am looking for this HI Cap one because i have heard the hand grip is very wide and i dont want to drop 600+ bucks on a handgun that is too big for me to handle comfortibly.

He's not looking for a GI 1911, he wants a high cap 1911, they won't feel anywhere NEAR the same.

If you want something that will feel very similar to what you are looking at that will be everywhere that carries guns, grab a few Para-Ordance's, they will tell you how the particular model you are looking for will fit in your hand.

That being said, I have never felt a gun that fits better in the hand than the original John Moses Brownings masterpiece, the single stack 1911.
