well if you are trying to save weight, I would take a hand held torch and a paint scraper to remove some of that sound deading materal. It helps with the weight...Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords talked about this in one of their articles, I forget how much weight it saves, but every bit helps

wish i was progressing with my car but i've been lazy so far haven't touched a thing that i should be doing this winter
