Formula's are nice boats, my old man's got one with a blown 496. That thing has to be quite the pain to haul around.

Looks like a pretty good deal. I dig the outboard rigs more though. keep in mind running something like that wide open is probably talking gallons to the mile. I used to work with a guy that had a 29' baja with twin n/a 454's. He said he would go through 75-100 gal a day just cruising around.
