QUick question for conversation. Did any of you run your cars when they were bone stock? If so, What kind of times did you run?

I ran my moms when she got it. The best I could pull out of 4 runs was a 15.1. I ran mine about a year later bone stock and pulled a 14.9. Now I know there are a lot of variables to this but I would still like to hear what you have to say.

i ran a 14.7 bone stock stock tires as well..........what were your 60' times???

I don't even know. It was when I didnt even care about 60' times. I was in it to see what 1/4 was and I didnt care about the rest. Do you remember what the car was rated at brand new by the magazines that tested it? Im sure it was almost a 15.

14.7@98mph here for the Buick stock. Better launch would have been mid 14's easy.

well the GTX (which already has a catback and CAI) I ran 14.7 @ 93 but I didnt know what I was doing... getting like 2.4 60' fts spinning like crazy :loser

I never raced mine when stock but with just a 3.4 pulley I ran a 14.39.

my best time was 12.48, oh wait stock times never ran that way :)

w/ a 3.4, gutted box, and no u-bend I ran a 13.96@98.54 w/ a 2.0 60' on regular tires and minor track prep. That's pretty much stock. :banana

the car didn't feel all that faster

and I doubt I gained .7 or more from stock @ the time (typical stock run)

I ran 14.00's at 99mph with 2.1 60's with your mods and 17" rims....

Far from being stock..... I hope you dont think your car is a factory freak or anything... :rolleyes:

Im sure most GP's are 14.7's on AVERAGE in stock form with a decent driver...

never said my car was a freak. I did say that it didn't feel ALOT faster than stock.
