Who rebuilds Ignition key tumblers?

The ignition key tumbler froze up in my lexus last night, I ended up having to pull the entire tumbler out from the dash. I think Whitlow's rebuilds them, but theyre not open on sundays. Do you know of anyone else who rebuilds these things?

I had to replace one on a Lexus once, Lexus doesnt rebuild them, you have to buy the entire tumbler i believe and it comes with a new key and its keyed differently.
