YES, it was still twitching right after I hit it. I haven't cut the grass in a long time so I'm thinking 'floppy' thought it was OK to sleep there......:durr
Ha! I once saw a tractor shoot out a family of rabbits when it went over their hole. Im guessing they get scared when they hear the noise of the mower that close and they just hop out thinking there is danger? :rolf

I ran over a nest with my ride on mower and it shot 2 lil bunnies out onto Bradley ave. Both werent hurt so when I was done mowing I scooped them up and put em back in the nest and covered it up. There was like 10 little ones in there shivering and they were buried pretty good but I guess these 2 had their asses up in the air when I was riding by:rolf

I thought that Easter was cancelled because it had been a religious holiday and now that the U.S. is not allowed to show any type of religious thought in public or in private, it has been deemed illegal ?

I knew you would be speechless but if it's any consolation I'm sure it died instantaneously, sure is better than freezing to death this winter......;)
I forgot to mention in the first post, after I started the mower back up and continued on walking backwards the skull was spit out the side and pelted off the brick of our house. I was :rolf -ing my ass off in disbelief......

Yeah. I've had that happen before with a riding lawn mower, greusome. I took out like 3 of them. 1 or 2 left, one didn't have a nose anymore but was otherwise unscathed. :-(

That is exactly what the mower's engine sounded like when 'bugs' was hit, two loud thuds and it was stopped cold in its tracks......:rolf
