I have the chance to acquire brand new, only lot driven 20" Camaro SS wheels for cheap, with the new tires still on it. Is it worth it? I hear the sizing and offset makes these wheel impossible to put on any other vehicle?

What could I get for them?

Meh, they only fit the 2010 Camaros, sounds like no point in buying them..

If that's the case then he'd better watch out for the sasquatch with a 20" **** and genital herpes.

Without doing research I'd assume they'd fit on a G8, GTO, or BMW with possibly required modification.

Other than that, chances are if they fit on something the bolt pattern is technically incorrect. While it might be just slightly off, it might not be the best thing to do when that heavy thing is rotating over 100mph.
