i hear it is going to be televised. anyone know what channel/time

i think this sounds like a bad idea and a waste of money. imo.

Saw a different article that mentioned something like a 10"-12" telescope may be able the see the impact from earth.

I Wisconsin though, cloud cover could very well be a problem.

Yea they said amateur telescopes should be able to see it. Hopefully it's a clear night.
