figured it out...

bug in VBB. Go into your User_CP (http://www.brewcitymuscle.com/forum/usercp.php?) and turn off DST (daylight saving time) and make sure you have GMT -6

Mine now says GMT -5 and the clock is right....

this is so goofy... I just noticed that too...

GMT -5 with Dayloght Savings time on renders correct time

doesnt matter what time zone I set it too... it stays at -5 GMT
