Anyone familiar with these? Haven't gone into the store yet but I need a new remote. The model is 139.53910 and it has a red button on the back of the opener motor for learning remotes if that matters?

Was hoping to find one on ebay for cheap. But some specify different colors learn buttons etc.. Are there knock off opener remotes (generic)????

Sounds like a rolling code setup. Probably any generic $9.99 remote will work.

Yeap. Takes a 371LM remote. Got a purple learn button? If so, that's your remote.

This one has an orange or redish button. Any idea if that is cross compatible?
