Rented it at Family Video last night from the New Release section.
It was pretty obviously an Indie film... there was quite clearly zero budget. For a movie about a car theft ring, there was not a single car crash, nor any high-speed chases... one shootout and no special effects. Not even blood when the guy got shot, no muzzle flashes from the guns.
The storyline was OK, I think with a budget it could've been a good movie. In the end it looked more like an SNL skit. :yawn:
I give it 2 stars... and only that many because the story line was OK.
