I'm looking to buy a gift certificate for my parents 50th anniversary. They like to go hiking so I'm looking for recommendations for nice resorts that have hiking nearby. I'd prefer to keep it in Wisconsin but close is fine. Appreciate any leads.

Anyone have insight into Mackinac Island? That was a suggestion too. I know the Grande is lights-out. Anythin else? I haven't been there in 20 years!

Not sure about the hiking part but the Hidle House in Green Lake WI is supposed to be nice.

My wife wen there for a girls weekend over the summer. She said it was nice and had a historic feel to it.

Thanks. I've been there too though it's been a LONG time ago and was for work so I didn't get to enjoy it much. Great idea.
