Yes but to who is the real question, there is a free piano listed on CL damn near every day and most end up in the trash because nobody wants them......

My buddy's parents tune and restore pianos for a living. I always wondered about all the old pianos you see for free. They said they usually aren't worth fixing because the wood is usually dryed out and warped. It would take more work than its worth to get them to play right i guess. They said to properly restore a piano it would cost 3-6k depending on the condition.
