5.0 timing

I'm looking to get the most performance out of my stock bronco motor and need to kno the best degree of advance timing. Its an 85 speed density motor

ive ran between 14*-16* on my stock 95 gt.

A lot depends how slopped out the timing chain is. There is no magic number. Gotta go by feel. That motor was only 185-ish HP new, so you may not notice much gain anyhow.

/\/\/\ What he said, I honestly couldnt tell a differance when I advanced it, In fact, after i started to spray it i just dialed it back for spray and left it..... wernt you going to spray it a while back?

Yea but some other things have arose and no spray now
