Since we have this movie theme, whats the worst movie you've seen? And I don't mean bad movies that are so bad they're good. Bad movies that you would NEVER watch again. This is mine....

Stranger than Fiction :flipoff:

First time I ever seriously thought about leaving a movie I paid to see.

the first one that popped in my head was burn after reading but I know there were a ton more worthy of the firepit.

Ooooh....so many to chose from:

Easily the least enjoyable, overly melodramatic, most bizarre:

"What dreams may come"

So sappy that I was worried the girl i was with would love it....afterward, she asked "I hope you hated it too...." then I knew I had a good one there, lol.

Tie betwen The Pest and Battlefield Earth.
See, Battlefield Earth falls into the "so bad it's good" category for me...the analogies to scientology, the grunting, the glaring plot holes, and JOHN TRAVOLTA! My god! "While you were still learning how to spell your name, I was being trained to conquer galaxies!!!"---or----"I am going to make you as happy as a baby Psychlo on a straight diet of kerbango. "---WTF is Kerbango? How happy is a baby psychlo supposed to be on this stuff? Why did they think we knew?!? Pure comedy gold, that movie!

Other movies that are so bad they're good:
Ice Queen (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0461788/)
Plan 9 from outer Space (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0052077/)
Shark Attack 3 (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0313597/)
Manos! The hand of Fate! (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0060666/)
Legend of Boggy Creek II (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0088772/)

I own all these (though some are in MST3K form), and more...my plan is to own at least 50 of the worst movies of all time. Anyone wants to see for themselves how a bad movie can be good, just come on over...

Any of the 3 Spiderman movies take your pick. They were all horrible. Which begs the question why you watched all three? :confused :goof

A quote from me in 2006.

"High Tenson is a bad movie. Has anyone seen it? I just finished watching it, and it's messed up, to say the least. I wouldn't recommend it. I understand lots of movies don't make sense, but it has to be somewhat rational.

http://www.hightensionmovie.com/ "

I've been told Party Monsters is pretty bad too.

And this is the only movie I've ever started watching that i could not finish.

Speed 2

They are in a boat going like 60mph, and the guy in the wet suit underneath is swimming real slow under it and not only keeping up with the boat, but is working on a bomb and it looks like they are in a pool?

Inglorious Basterds!

That movie sucked. I guess some people were pissed about WWII so they created an alternate ending to the war. I have already come across a pair of teens who believed that Hitler died in a movie theater.

Jean Claude Van Damme and Rob Schneider in "Knock Off".

So Bad, I took it out of the VCR within 20 minutes and returned it to blockbuster asking for my money back. They gave it to me, and two free video rentals.

They must have knew it sucked that bad before I rented it.

Sorry to bring up an older thread, but I rented a really stupid movie last night and I thought I would share. It was "Crank 2: High Voltage" with Jason Statham (guy from Transporter). After enjoying the Transporter movies in the past, I thought this would be a good movie.

Bah, was I wrong. Nothing like watching a guy cut both his nipples off and another guy get his elbow cut off.

I'm so glad I also rented Sex and the City. :goof

It was a ridiculous action movie, it started with a cartoon... not to be taken seriously. Just like the first one.

Lowrider Weekend

Straight to dvd; filmed on what seemed to be a Handycam. I don't have a clue of any plot, but it only had like 3 actors in it. a couple of crappy office sets, and a bunch of repetitive random lowrider carshow footage that didn't even look setup. It just looked like they filmed it at a local show and didn't tell anyone.

Or MONSTURD about a poop monster...swear to god.

Donnie Darko.

Donnie Darko is closer to one of my favorites...

Pootie Tang is definately in the so-bad-its-good along with the likes of Wraith :D .

I'd say Snapdragon is the worst movie I've watched that doesn't fall in that so-bad-its-good category. I was about 14-15 and wanted to see some Pamela Anderson titty so I feel its justified, but not worth the 1.5 hours of my life since the discovery of internet porn (I was 14-15 back in 94'-95 before I had the internet). Theres others but I can't think of them at the moment.

The 1997 film Masterminds was the worst firm I have ever seen. My GF at the time (now wife) and I watched this film at that theater by Southgate, if I remember right. Starring Patrick Stewart, it's about a school that ends up being taken over by armed men for some reason. I do remember that it involved a teen boy sneaking around the school causing trouble for the invaders, and it ends with badguy Patrick Stewart ripping open his buttondown shirt to reveal what I remember to be a Superman-like shirt underneath, proclaiming "Viva La Revolution!" or some such shit while doing it. Utterly terrible.

Oh yeah, to give you an idea of how bad it truly was: it was opening night for the film nationwide, and we were literally the only ones in the theater for the entire movie!
