I'm one of those freaks that loves wagons, and Cadillac is stepping into the game in 2010. I dig it. Not to sure on the taillights, but order one of these in black and add tint to, well, everything, and this would be 1 bad wagon.

Seen one on the road already, had to do a double take when it passed by to realize it was a wagon. The V version will have a hefty sticker too like its sedan variant im sure.

Yes, this thing is HOT. The CTS is one of my favorite cars on the market right now. The wagon is just cool. The CTS-V Wagon is gonna be ultra tits.

The last wagon I really loved was Mazda Protege 5. I still wanna pick one of those up if I could find a relatively low mileage one.

I'm also a huge fan of wagons but still can't get myself to like this one, don't know why......

Probably cause it isn't a blue oval ;)

That's not it; I like the CTS line in general. I think it has to do with the stance/overall design, when I think of a wagon the image of long windows comes to mind. To me the CTS wagon resembles a Matrix/Vibe and that is NOT what I consider a wagon, looks more like a ‘cross-over’ than a wagon......

Interesting.

To me it doesn't have that tall roof look like a Vibe/Matrix. It's lower slung.

The thing I'm probably most looking forward to from GM in the near future is the Cadillac ATS. The teaser in the new GM commercial is such...a tease. :banana

Sigh... I detest wagons. Though, having said that, I would probably consider an SRX-V for the wife.

Never been a fan of a wagon version of anything. That doesn't look too bad though. Would still rather take a coupe or sedan over it anyday.

See while those look decent(The audi is on the top of the list) the non wagon version is just 100xs more badass of each of those cars(if they make one obviously)

Throw the groceries in the trunk. If you need more room for groceries hide your dead hookers elsewhere.

In a wagon you can stack dead hookers like cord wood. Besides, unless you're driving a '73 Lincoln, you ain't carrying but one or two dead hookers in a sedan these days. Moar dead hookers= MOAR FUN!!!

Well, I wouldn't mind pulling up to the Magnum in the Cadillac and sticking my tongue out. I like the Magnum, but damn, I need that Caddy.

I wouldn't deny that the caddy is the better, and better looking car. But if someone goes through the trouble of making a list of performance wagons, I think an SRT at least deserves a mention...of course, not very serious about it though, since hey, we're talking about wagons.

It looks like a Magnum. And Magnums are like Avalanches. Everyone I know that has one is either a douchebag or an asshole.

When I was car shopping I was looking at Magnums seriously. I thought they looked pretty cool, and were decent enough to drive. However EVERY single girl I talked to all said the same thing "Why would you buy a station wagon? What are you 65?"

So regardless of how much better they are looking, the stigma is still there. Although I contend all the 2WD crossovers are nothing more then station wagons.

The Magnum is a pile. Hahaha.

The V6 gets gas mileage like a V8. The SRT8 gets like 13 mpg.

Now I know most people on here aren't all that concerned with gas mileage, but for a daily driver that should be a priority. It's just not smart to me to buy a daily driver that isn't great on gas mileage.

That 281hp turbo Legacy for instance gets like 23. That is still low for a DD IMO, but it's cool enough to excuse it. The Magnum isn't cool enough to excuse such shitty mileage even though it's faster in a straight line.

Most SUV's are basically station wagons. People understand and want the functionality of a waon, but they don't want to drive what grampa drives; so they buy a "truck". My first car was an '87 suburban 2wd. Nothing more than a wagon with 31's.

How old were these girls you were talking to? 13? They don't realize one needs to transport stuff every so often, and you really don't want a big truck.
