BCM Fall Cruise

I wanted to set this up much earlier in the year - but I've been very busy and was only inspired by my trip this weekend.

I'd like to do a cruise through Door County. I was in Peninsula State Park this weekend camping and was DRULING over the twisties through the trees.

SO - I'm going. I'm taking my car... and any of you are welcome to join me with your cars/wives.

We need to go within the next 3 weeks to catch most of the color. When do you want to go? Pick a date and lets go. I'll be in Appleton - it's about 1.25 hours from my place, and a beautiful drive the whole way. If we leave appleton by 10 AM, we can be up for lunch in Egg Harbor and you'll be back in milwaukee by late afternoon.

Either one works for us, but voted the 11th to give him time to finish some cars that are still rolling in.

Awesome! We can stop as often as you need for the kiddo - there are viewing points all through the park with plenty of room for parking.

Route would probably be up along the east and down along the west. It's incredibly simple and I've done it a few times before. I can do a map if we need.

Cruise would be around the perimeter of the park along the water.

I don't care what you bring. We'll have a few guys on bikes from what I know already.

It's about the drive and who you're doing it with. If we get a bunch of people I'll call ahead and try to make reservations for lunch.

Lots of park rangers up there because there are over 600 camp sites - so I'm not planning on screwing around through the park at all.

I'm in for the 4th, the 11th is mine and my dad's b-day celebration (9th and 13th, respectively) so that's a family day. Then again maybe he'd be up for this.

On the cruise I went on he damn near killed a guy on a sport bike by not looking before changing lanes, and he changed lanes like he was dodging heat seeking missiles

There is a story of him causing a vehicle to dodge him and ending up in the grassy median off 94 to avoid him. dont remember story right and I wasnt there and not right to tell a story if dont have the true facts but something like a lotus went sliding off.

Probably good to get back on topic though cause Ryan has a good thing going here.

I work 3rd n 4th so 10tth is MFBA cruise and 11th can be bcm cruise i havent got out to anymeets this year, so that weekend will be reserved for em
