I would say that was the wrecker drivers fault. He should have anticipated that. He should have had rigging set up to prevent that from rolling away. But I saw that the other day and saw that comming.

it is probably the wreckers fault. The arms also probably wern't out thinking it was a simple pull straight over kinda thing. either way it was neglected and the wrecker tipped as a result
