Yea there was a Lincoln Mark VII riding through Waukesha the other day riding on his side walls. It looks cool though. They need to get pulled over for lift laws.

Looks like Ill plates. Maybe it a line broke and its not able to be lowered? I have no idea how that junk works. I would think it would be pretty scary to drive it at high speeds such as the expressway?

the busted up regal on the trailer had a shoe polish number on the windshield so that one could have been the hopper but this one i just dont understand how its safe to ride on the side walls
