Went by Gus's tonight and we chatted quickly and I didnt get a full grasp of the event going on but Hot Rod magazine is going to be there photographing drag cars this friday night. Said there is supposed to be "40 wide drag cars there" not sure what that means but the phone was ringing the whole time I was there with people asking about it and people there were talking about being there.

Said its all kicking off around 3-3:30 and going till 7ish

Think I'll cruise out with a buddy to see whats up

Btw this is the same day/time as RSD anyone planning to go to RSD afterwards or anything?

Just so everyone knows, this isn't really a show. From what I know, the cars that will be in the lot are by invitation only.

Maybe someone that knows more can chime in.

!0 widerracing is sponsoring this event.. like Boss lx said Its invite only... My understanding the only way to get into show AND you must have a parachute

Brian also stated there is a big lot across from Gus's that others car park in.

met some cool peeps at gus that I didnt know in person. Was nice to put a face to some of the online personas. bailed out around 6:30 I think

That wagon is Steve Morris's . Wicked fast. I think he still has the full interior with the third row flip seat still in it.
