Help with bachelor party next weekend!!!

So we are throwing a bachelor party next weekend, the guys brother was suppose to be planing it but he isn't doing much. Should be about 10 guys or so. I've been down here for about a year but haven't done much downtown. Any ideas as to things to do, where to go? We are all car guys so something during the day sat might be fun too.

I was thinking rent some type of bus/limo and go bar hopping downtown, maybe hit up silk on the way home:thumbsup Not sure if i can find a bus/limo on such sort notice though.

Any help would be appreciated!

I dunno. Maybe I'm old fashion but a bachelor party should consist of strip clubs, guys and drinking. Golf, paintball, and all that shit is fun for earlier in the day, but if there ain't some titties and people aren't nearly passing out, it was a lame time.

The most fun bachelor parties I've been to have been a day activity - like golf, go carts, or paint ball. Followed by a dinner someplace casual like a good sports bar or something similar where you can get kinda rowdy. Then ending the night at a titty bar where a bunch of guys spend more money then they'll ever want to admit to their significant others.

Well i think we will have the drinking part covered, 75% of us went to UW Stout, i've been told we know how to party, lol. I'm game for the strip club, told my Fiance too bad, but some of the guys are are "advised" to not go if there are those activities. Their loss, lol.

Just kind of looking for things to do during the day. I think we know of some places to go downtown so that shouldn't be a problem. That bus would be awesome, it looks like a limo would be about 500-600 for 6 hours, a bit pricy for only 10 guys maybe. I don't think a couple cabs would want to drive us back to germantown from downtown, may have to call around. Gotta love flying by the seat of your pants

I've been to both Silk and On the Border the last 2 weekends. On The Border has much better looking women, but it's more expensive. Too many payment plans. $20 for a dance, $35 to touch, or 3 for $90, or etc....

Silk has the hotter waitresses and shot girls, and their $20 dances are more physical. But they only seem to have a couple hot girls. Lotta bigger gals. However if you go there, look for a small blonde girl named Sophia, great smile, and very good lappers.

I thought the point of a bachelor party was to NOT invite the future wife or her cronies.

Agreed, I can get it for free so why pay for it? Plus the majority of places I have been (silk, OTB, and a few others) really dont have that great looking of women (maybe only 1 or two tops), I mean honestly, I dont want to see a saggy pair of titties then some nasty ass cottage cheese thighs and a budda belly flopping around on stage and have to pay for it to boot! I go for the stories. Not even really about the bitches. I have so many awesomely funny strip club stories. I can go on for days and you'd crack up at every last one of them. At the end of the night I'm going home to my hot wife, but I'm going home with a hilarious story to boot.

Know the groom and know his buddies. Do what the groom wants to do, but make sure his buddies will enjoy it too, or the group wont have a good time, which kills the evening. Don't be stupid: be safe. If you're shooting, no booze before guns. If people driving alot, don't stop at bars between main events. Having been tossed out because of others' actions, I urge you to make sure the group understands rules of strip clubs.

If the groom has some specialty interest, try to work that in. My buddy once asked me if we could go curling (yeah, like on ice) during his bachelor party, and I even scheduled time at Eble Ice Arena (but then he broke off the engagement during wedding planning :/ )

Get the input from the groom, unless it's a surprise. If so, get input from his closest friends/siblings. Take the input and turn it into a night that will be remembered for months/years, but keep everyone grounded and safe.

Thanks for the info, i wanted to rent a limo so we didn't have to worry about it but everyone is being a cheapass. I guess we will have to try to cab it. I don't see that working so well tring to get 2-3 cabs around town.

Turns out it's going to be tomorrow because he has his cousins wedding on sat. Half the guys from MN won't be getting down here until 8-9. If i knew his brother (best man) was going to be so worthless i would have planned it myself.
