I know jack squat about computers and i'm taking a class @ WCTC, I need Word 2007. My home and work computers do not have it and what little searching I did says it is like $350.:wow

I can't tell from your post if you are taking a class on how to learn word 2007 or you are just taking a class where you need a good word processing program.

If you don't have to have Word 2007 specifically, and just need a very good word processor, I suggest Open Office (http://www.openoffice.org/). It's free and won't catch you any nasty diseases. This is a direct competitor to the whole office sweet and will output any format you need including word.

Can't you get it for cheap from the WCTC bookstore? I got it from the MSOE bookstore for $17 (word, excel, access, powerpoint, onenote, publisher)
