Im looking at a home that will need simple roof and paint issues prior to closeing, repairs I am more than experienced in but must be completed by a "licenced contractor".
Anybody licenced or have freinds/family who want to be paid to hire me for free to paint? Touchy subject, PM me or e-mail me if you have idea's.
