I'm looking to buy a small economy car for around 500 bucks. I just need a car to get me back and forth to work and school, my Ranger gets worse mileage than the mustang and I only drive the stang on the weekends. I'd be willing to trade straight up as well (actually, I'd prefer to trade).

1987 Ford Ranger 2.9 Liter V-6 5 speed 4x4
189,000 miles (about 60,000 on the tranny)
Runs good, leaky valve covers but I've only had to add a quart once every month.
Will need a clutch pretty soon
Exhuast leak from the flange that connects the manifold to the piping. Tailpipe section fell off.
31x10.50R15 BFG Mud Terrain's with 15 inch rims (silver, in good shape), tires have about 65-70% tread left.
I have an extra set of black rims and tires (tires are nearly bald) that I'll throw in, along with an extra front bumper.

Oh yeah it's quite rusty, but it made a perfect winter beater, 4 wheel drive works great (low range doesn't work) and was very good in the snow.
