I rememeber when his son was party to a homicide in Oak Creek while he was head of the police union. Now, as former retired head of the police union, he gets busted and is facing two felonies for forging documents...
Now the current union head is one of the cops who let Dahmer walk and returned a victim to him. How does this guy even still have a police-related job at all?!?!?
