i am having a problem using ALLDATA. i go to logon and everything works fine. then i click "select vehicle" and it boots me back to the logon screen?? i emailed the support and it told me to delete cookies and refresh the favorite. i tried that but it still does not work?? WTF. frustrating.

yeah, i tried another computer and it worked?!?!? must be something on my computer.

I have alldata pro and once in a while it will kick me out but I just refresh and its all good.

We have had similar issuues but it just kicks us back to the vehicle selection screen

it sounds like a common issue that they call a "logon loop", but their fix did not help it. must have a setting or something messed up on my puter?!?!
