Okay here is the scoop...

Reservations in my name for 930am by Virgina at the Mineshaft.

COST: Adults 6.99
Kids 5-10 4.99
4 and under free

This for the breakfast buffet. Since we are a group, thre is one ticket only so lets make this simple and everyone order the buffet( or sit else where and order your Eggs Benedict -Arnold ;) )...But really- all order the Buffet.

I need to confirm the total coming by Saturday. I have tentatively reserved an area for 40 ppl (adults and kids).

Payment- Its on one check hence the reason we all order the same thing (prices above) and you bring the appropriate cash to pay me before we sit down so there is no confusion as to who paid and did not pay.

to keep it simple 7buck + tax +15% = roughly 8.50 per adult and 6 .00 for a child 5-10. Figure out what you are going to owe and pay me and I will take care of the check...no muss no fuss...Bring cash!

By Saturday Noon I will pull the list. All ppl on the list and showing up will be seated with the group- late comers are more than welcome and Virginia said she would make every effort to seat you with us...

I am suggesting the buffet to keep this simple because I dont want to have to spend a relaxing time playing cash register because someone just had to have a steak that morning when any other morning they have Froot Loops and 1% milk...

If you have another idea -holler...but they said for sure that we will only be having one check so stop at the time machine-I think they have on there...besides they have an awesome game room I am sure Coop will be tearing up...lol

Ok, I have a coupon for $1.00 off every persons meal. I already confirmed this with Virginia and Andy. I will make sure that Andy receives it when we get there. That means it will be $7.50 adult and $5.00 child. I am sure everyone will contribute an extra dollar in the game room anyway.

Second suggestion - Talked with the wify and if I can clean up the house, ugg, everyone is invited to our house afterward. Lets say 12:30pm on till 9pm latest. We live 9.48 miles directly south on 83th. Ok, off 83 a couple blocks in a subdivision.

I have 2 gas grills (old is in bad shape) only one tank though. I have some things here, but if people would bring something to pass we could make a great day out of this.

If possible, bring your own chair please. Only have about a dozen.

Activities - Might have a volleyball and net (Have to look never used), have a three game system (ring toss, kornholing, and the bar thing that you throw the two balls connected by a rope thing), also have bases for a game of baseball or kickball (need a ball). Footnball

Kids - playland gym set thing, blow up playland (with or without water - bring suits), frizbies(sp), lots of land to run around.

Okay just an update..I reconfirmed for 50 ppl for 930 am and the costs above are as such but Virginia from the Mineshaft informed me drinks are not inc'd and as such you will be responsible for this cost...milk coffee soda is an added 1.50......so it makes it easier- 10 bucks a head/20 a couple - 5-10 year olds is 7.50

here is the kicker- being seated at 930 locks in for the early brunch cost but by the time we are ready to graze up there it should be close to 10 am which will get us the better brunch with more meats and choices.....so no bitchin...LOLOL- just kidding...

we can figure something on the fly for Dan's place...
