Anyone use this program?

It's supposed to be a legit program.

I have it and started it two days ago. So far I've only done Ab Ripper X and Plyometrics. Both were damn good work outs. I'm a little sore today.

I'm just looking to get back into my old breakdancing shape. :thumbsup

The guy that hosts it cracks me up. He's so cliche. He reminds me of Ben Stiller in Heavyweights.

Believe it or not, the Yoga is going to kick your ass the worst IMO.

Never did the entire program but have participated in a few of the workouts before. Seems to produce results for any of my friends who've tried it. But just like anything, if you totally lapse after you do it, you won't be completely satisfied.

Yeah I'm looking at this as a way to get back into shape so I can start breakdancing again. Because right now I just don't have the strength or flexibility I used to.

I did it for a little while maybe 10 times or so but fell off the wagon. The Yoga was freakin crazy, it was some advanced stuff and was 1.5 hours.

I'm hoping to get back on it soon and quit slacking.

I did the upper body one with the ab ripper at the end. It was fuggin nutz! I got into it but after a while I was acheing after about 3 weeks. It will definitley work though just I do A decent amount of lifting at work and need to be good there.

I heard through people that used it that you have to stay on there diet or you wont be ripped, but you will still be strong just not 8 pack ab strong.

The Chick in the upper body can do more pushups than me!:rolf

I'm on my second week. Lovin it. I'd say my only complaint is that the workouts are a little long. Not that I can't do'em, but I just don't have a lot of free time.

Not sore this week.

I did this program for about a year and a half. It's an excellent program! Like others have said, the Yoga is killer and it really helps to follow their nutrition plan. What's nice about it is that you don't have to eat what they tell you. You can do the math and figure for yourself what a good meal should be.
I have slacked from the program for a year though due to moving and job jumping and I really keep telling myself I need to start it again. It takes some power to start it up and keep it going, but once you keep at it, it's a blast!

I know the feeling of the long workouts. I ended up making my own routine that focused around what they were doing. If you look at it, your basically doing a lot of exercises to begin with and it takes a lot longer if you take breaks like I know I had to. If you cut out certain parts or do fewer reps it cuts the time in half and you are still getting a great workout!
