Just wanted to post up about Brad - people before have posted about his HVAC work, but he is even better than I read on here. Very intelligent and a wealth of information. Got my A/C in tip-top shape and fixed a few bad parts. He was upfront every step of the way.
Even found a bank of return ducts that were never hooked up to the furnace! In a few months we'll have him come out to hook those up and tune up the furnace. He certainly helped us get out setup running properly!
