Thanks!

I drove by a few days ago and they were installing the outdoor menu signs. My guess is it will be a few more weeks.

I'm pretty sure the one on Bluemound is now open!

It's right across the street from my wife's office. Sonics had to hire security to make sure people weren't parking in their parking lot. I haven't heard if it's been crazy busy like the on on 43rd.

Where is the one on bluemound? I thought the one that just opened was in greenfield? I drove around tuesday and only found the one under construction. I ended up going to the one one MPW. I was in my mustang, was my first time there. I had a celebretory chili dog.

It's actually on Mooreland Blvd and Springdale Road.

Even though I LOVE the drive-in design of Sonic the food is overrated, yeah that’s right I said it......:stare

its not bad. I'd take it over mcdonalds. their beverage choices are great.

I don't know if I'd take it over McD. I was not impressed... especially for the price. I'd take Wendy's over it any day of the week.

I think Wendy's has really gotten back on their game.

I was surprised at how few people were at the OC Sonics yesterday. Sure it
was 2pm, but that's when I'll probably stop over.

Sonics is weak.. I'd rather walk to BW3. only reason why there's so many people at that expensive place is because their *new*

Oh, and I suppose BW3 isn't expensive? I like their wings, but really, $8 for 12frickin' wings? Fail.

sure is.
there are plenty of places that have .25 wings during the week to justify overpaying for wings there.

I went, it was super crowded and with all the drive-up car spaces and the rollerskating waitresses, bright lights on the cars, traffic/people... it looked fun :)

Would be cool to have some night that isn't usually busy at Sonic's, and get a group of Car People with a bunch of Fast, Cool, Old School etc cars and take the place over for burgers and milkshakes...
Done right, could be very cool, very American Graffiti on good summer nights...
Then, drive out in our usual Respectful, Quiet Way :flamet

^ The one on Miller Parkway is hosting a cruise night on Tuesdays I believe??? Not sure how the turnout has been. We took my hot rod out to the one in Waukesha the other night. Was hard to enjoy our slushies with everyone coming around wanting to see the car :rolf

I went to the Sonic on Miller Park Way last Saturday night at 10 pm.
Thankfully I was the only car there, sadly the food sucked and the onion rings had a slight cocoa flavor. :punch:

First and last time for me at a Sonic, good luck to em.

My first and last experience at Sonic included an over-cooked dry burger with some sort of tator tots that were swimming in grease to the point that they just tasted like vegetable oil. The only good thing was the soda.

Oh, and it cost me something like $9 for that.

Sonic = FAIL

i'll go for the slushy's but thats about it the food isn't the greatest we went to the waukesha one like 5 days after it opened and it took like 30 min. to get in there was a huge line and we were rding the bikes there

Sonics = Crap.

I went to the Oak Creek Sonic today for lunch. Yech. I ordered a Super Sonic CB with Ketchup and Pickles, tater tots and a Limeade.
Burger: It's basically the same shitty grey mystery meat as McDonald's. :puke If I don't get the shits from it, it'll be a miracle. Better cheese and more condiments than McD's help hide the bad taste, but it's still shit, IMO.

Tots: Eh, they're tater tots, how bad or good could they be?

Limeade: That was good, plus from 2 to 4pm the drinks are half price, so it was the only deal I had.

Overall grade factoring in price: D

I had one of the burgers from sonic and it was dry and tasted horrible. The foot long chili cheese dogs are good though and so are the slushes. The cherry limeade is really good.
