Texas Roadhouse Grill, West Bend - CARSHOW - Monday nights (6-?)

I believe they are going to be doing a free app. for bringing a car! They are trying to get some things to raffle off also!


Lets try and get a lot of attendence for this first show, I would like a minimum of 20 cars!

Free appetizer with purchase of entrees = lose. (since you get a free appetizer by bringing in your old receipt as it is)

Which one are they actually offering?

Benders was cool cause you can get a meal for two for about $20 (or 15 with the coupon). TRH is a little steep to eat there every week but it's, of course, all in the incentives they offer. I'm not trying to be a cheapass either, it's just that every time i walk into TRH, i spend $40 for the two of us and that's a little steep as a weekly excuse to take the car out. Hoping they at least have a deal to come in for an appetizer free with a couple drinks or something rather than a whole meal.

What city official has a problem with renewing the permit, or what is the cost of such a thing? I'd be willing to chip in a few bucks to keep the show alive at benders if the TRH thing will have a larger weekly cost for me. I actually enjoy that on monday nights.

Its a Free app, with no other purchase to my understanding. I know roadhouse can be expensive, but We have found that if you stick with a buurger and such it can be affordable too. When we are there monday thats our test run, they want to hear all our ideas to make this show successful. So lets try it and see what happens, lol. I love doing the monday thing, thats why I wan to continue it.

The permit is in the $300 range to renew, and the buisinesses are complaining that we are taking up to much of there parking spaces during the shows. Its just not worth it thats why we need a private lot. Also Benders wasnt very consistent on paying the DJ and roadhouse has agreed to cut him a check weekly for his services.

This show could be really good, we all just need to put our heads together to make it a success! Animal If you want to help me in talking to the owner of roadhouse (My neibor and I built his home) to come up with a success plan that would be Great!!

Understood about the permit thing.

I don't exactly have a whole ton of input. Putting some of the cars against the edge of the lot such that people on paradise could see them might help. Otherwise you could drive by and not even notice the show. Could look into doing a few flyers at the other cruise nights around wb so car guys know. I don't know how that works with getting the other places to let you hand them out at their cruise night. Definately TRH should put up flyers in their windows about the show there so people all week will see them, and advertising the change of venue at benders would be a good thing if they let you do it just for the people that come there and all of a sudden there's no show. I'm sure you thought of most of this already. The end success of the show really depends on people showing up with their cars. I'm not sure how many regular showgoers west bend really has.

Got to see Tom's new Camaro,I must say it could be one of my next new cars.

Just got back from the dyno... The thing is pretty much a ringer already! 391.4 and 378 torque with all of 81 miles on it. The highest on record ive seen bone stock is 393 hp and that was one in texas.
