Where to get appliances?

I'm in need of a front-load washer and electric dryer. I'm cheap but I'd rather buy from a local independent business than do the "take BestBuy ad to HomeDepot" trick. Any non-national-chain places left in Waukesha County or are they all gone?

I spent $3200 for the both 5 years ago, so I was hoping to get $400 each. The washer is a High Efficiency Heavy duty extra capacity top loading washer (special agitator).
