I am looking to shop around for some prices but would rather speak to an agent directly that is referred. I saw some prices listed in the other thread and some looked really low.

Not sure what he will do rate wise but I have much love for Mike Dalton of American Family in Franklin.

They were 1/4 the cost of anywhere else on my toys and collector cars, and probably around 1/2-2/3 the cost on my normal car insurances.

Tell him Jim Kielma referred you I think I get $25 even if you dont go with him lol.

Gary Pallen is my friend's dad and an independent insurance salesman, he was with AmFam for many years before that. His office is at 10125 North Avenue (414) 475-9141

Tony at Liberty Mutual (262-255-3854 x56861) Right up on county line Q and the freeway. I shopped around too and found them incradably lower than others. So far no claims with them but Tony looks out for me in my coverage.

I am able to lower the car for storage insurance when I want too.

thanks for the suggestions all! I called most and got really good quotes, in doing the research I realized how much we were getting ripped.. I was paying $2600 a year for our home and 2 cars and after calling Will, Joe's (jc70ss) Cekosh's brother he was able to get us almost double the coverage on everything and included flood/sewer back up protection and was able to save us over $1200 a year! needless to say we are switching insurance companies ASAP!!!

Thanks again, all of the suggestions were very helpful and had better rates than what we had but Will got us a GREAT quote!

I will have to find a # or email tomorrow for you but I'm gonna be switching my insurance from Progressive to Eerie at the end of the month. Gonna save about 25 percent per year. Goin from about $4000 per year to $3000 for 7 cars plus 2-3 times the coverage. No doubt a smart move...

Congrats. Yeah it was a great feeling for me too when I finally got off my ass and called around - it's amazing how much some of these companies are charging. I would have expected like most competitive businesses that you would find a spread of maybe 5-10% or even 25% on prices. The insurance industry it seems there is a HUGE spread with them basically gouging like crazy if they can get away with it. Like I said with mine I am now paying under half what I was for better coverage as well...

Dean Lund in Cambridge with Am Fam. We've been super happy with him. They will do stated value coverage on a car so if you have something that's worth more than blue book, they're more than happy to deal with that.
