A lady friend and I went to see UP and I gotta say that movie kicked ass !!!
There was good, evil, sadness, adventure and creative minds throughout that movie.

I will buy this one :thumbsup

Funny.. I was told by a buddy of mine that took his 2 sons (6 & 3) and they said it wasn't all that great.. Actually said they left in the middle of it.. :rolf

I've heard nothing but good things about this flick. Originally, I had no interest in seeing it, but based on what I've heard and read, I will probably take a chance.

Actually they don't even have a game console.. They must spend too much time enjoying riding bikes and being outside that sitting in a theater is just too boring for them.. :thumbsup

I never understood why they feel it necessary to put sad/overly serious parts in kids movies.
I haven't seen it and don't really have an interest in it but my wife and kid do.

kids wont uderstand the depth of the sadness in the first part *spoiler alert* his wife has a miscarriage and is unable to have childeren then later in life passes away before their big trip......... pixar has a knack for being able to mke the movie enjoyable for both kids and adults

the sad parts were more implied than outright 'sad' for the kids. Younger kids wont really get the sad parts. Was a good movie!

My wife and I saw it when it cam out and we both throughlly enjoed it. :thumbsup

Kinda sad in some ways but it was well worth it, we saw the 3D version and I think it was worth the extra few bucks as well.

very good movie and none of the younger kids didnt catch the sad parts!

Coraline on the other hand scared the shit out of my kids. Between the 3 dead kids' ghosts and the crazy lady trying to sew buttons on her eyes, one of the kids was crying and I had to turn it off.

SQUIRREL!!! That has to be the best part in the movie.

Where did you see it? A few Marcus theaters don't have it.
