Little trip up north

My uncle, my sister, my brother in law and I went up to his hunting property. I am looking to buy a section off him. He has 126 acres and my other uncle has 40 acres across the street. My sis and bro in law want to go in on it with me and have not seen the property yet. We had to grab some tires and take a mower up too.
