I used to have a 99 Regal GS, and had HPT setup for that model year. I couldn't do it without the credits for a 98.

most of the people with HP or Powrtuner capability let it run out or sold it off. there's only like 3-5 people truly running L67 cars anymore, and if they don't have a '98 (quite posibly the worst year) you're out of luck. settle down.
