I've put about sixty miles on the car, found a couple issues. It runs hot, I'm gonna look hard into doing a Contour fan, I also wonder if not having a hood is hurting my cooling. The rear end doesn't look centered, maybe worn out bushings in the control arms? Its about 3/8ths of an inch to the left; that creates a big rub on the left lip. Gonna roll it and see what happens. The idles rolls and does weird things. It has a intermittent surge at low and part throttle. It also feels like it has a slight miss at a cruise. No Earth shattering catastrophes, but all things needing to be address.

What is that everlasting gobstopper looking thing in the engine bay? Under the passenger side hood hinge.

A rag. I had a brake line fitting there I was having issues getting it to seal. I replaced the union and reflaired a line and put the rag there to soak up any brake fluid if it leaked again, it didn't.

Yessir. I have to get the hinge fixed on drivers side door before I can hang it. It only looks weird if you are looking straight at the front or rear of the car. Not many people will notice the oddity of vert doors, but some will. Just trying to make the car a little different from the legions of foxes out there.
