We've worked with a couple agents and while they did help us book the trip, I wouldn't say they were all that good at their jobs.

Wife and I wanna go on a vacation in Nov somewhere and wanna talk to someone.

We do a lot of leg work ourselves, but it's nice to talk to someone who has been to a lot of the resorts and can give you actual feedback. We're really picky and don't want to end up at some dump.

We're lookin to go somewhere in the Bermuda, Barbados, Bahamas, or Aruba. But we're looking for a nicer all inclusive resort.

btw, she saved us close to 1400 from what we could find online for our mex trip.
