heading west on bluemound by target and farm and fleet in waukesha was a late 80's or early 90's red rx7 with pretty wide rear tires on it. i got next to him and noticed he had a roll cage in it. hit had some stickers on the front i think. had a nice stance going down the road, looked real good.

Plate say RX 4 Spd or something like that?

It sounds like Randy Slagle's 2nd Gen. It is heavily modified.

I have seen him cruising it around last week in Waukesha as well. He was originally a mechanic at Hall Mazda on Bluemound.

I am not sure if he is still working there though.

I knew him way back in the day when I had my RX-7. I haven't hung out with Randy since 2004 or so. He is a very knowledgable rotary engine mechanic, and overall mazda mechanic. I am guessing that he is still at Hall Mazda. It would be worth stopping by the dealership and asking to see if he still works there.

Randy is probably the guy that used to work at Hall Mazda like twicks says.... a couple of rotary guys I know used to take there cars to him to work on stuff. I think he may still work there because another person I know with a 3rd gen took her 7 there to get a fuel filter change recently.

Deggy Rx 4 Spd is mine and its a 3rd gen; I believe Randy's would be a second gen
