2003-2004 black Marauder at Silvernail PicknSlave

Saw a really clean black 2003-2004 Marauder at Pick'n'Slave tonight. Was on my way home from Michigan and spotted it there while picking up this week's stomach aches. Had a Power Tour 2009 sticker on the back window and a spoiler I hadn't seen on one before. Didn't get a chance to take a good look at it but the suspension parts were rust-free and it had blue calipers. I think I might have seen the guy in the store who owned it... not a lot of car guys shop at that Pickenslave.

hmm i'm not shure if this is the same one we had come into work a few times i know of two different ones that have been in i'm trying to remember the spoiler or the blue calipers. i think i've seen is on the road tho

My brain is pretty fried from the glorious Chicago traffic and hours of construction but the guy I think that owned it was on the thin side and had a motorsport baseball cap on. It had some decent tires on it also, Potenzas maybe? Didn't get a good look at it, just one circle around it before the old lady came out of the store and it was time to end our 385 mile trip.

There is another one I've seen driving around on 164 with blacked out tail lights and aftermarket wheels but no spoiler.

There is a member here with a white Crown Victoria that has the same spoiler.

So this Marauder had a Rousch spoiler? Or just something similar to 03CVLX's spoiler.

Looked the same to me, it looked factory as opposed to something swiped off a GM G-body and hack'n'splashed like I've seen on some cars. But honestly, I didn't even get a full walk-around of it... more like C-pillar around the back to the B-pillar on the passenger side.

There are actually two or three out that way all black.

There is Xopher who is a newer member here. and a few others. I can't think of any that has my spoiler as its quite rare. There is another spoiler thats specific for the Marauder it looks like this.

i forget his name but my brother works with a guy at percision Gears on hwy JJ right near silvernail. im assuming its his, he really loves those things

Woah, missed this thread. Wasn't me.

There's only three Marauders from Waukesha who were on the Power Tour, fordmerc {http://brewcitymuscle.com/forum/member.php?u=2497} and the guy SmokinRAM114 mentioned, and they both have Power Tour Stickers. I forget if fordmerc or the guy who works at Precision Gears have blue calipers. I think fordmerc has red, and the guy from Precision Gears lives not far from that Pick 'n Save, so I think it's him.

Yeah, I think people who were sitting on them starting selling then when the economy got rough. Also, of those that were daily driven and not garaged half the year or year round, many are creeping past the 100k mark and dropping under the $10k mark, so more people are scooping them up when they see them.

& one of my marauder friends has the silver with the "Twin-screw".
there are at least 4 blk marauders on the NW side of waukesha
one with a tune, one with an Eaton (mine), one with a procharger,
& one bored & stroked w/NOS.

FWIW production of marauders made in 03 thru 04 was just over 11000
units total (about 11052) for comparison the 2002-2005 thunderbirds
production #'s were around 19085 units in just the first year (02).
& how many of these do you see driving around.
in other words most of us marauder owners like to DRIVE our cars:headbang

Nice cars for sure, there has been one for sale at Auto House in waukesha for some months now. The started asking 10k for it I think and now its actually down to 8.5k or around there. I never stoped to look at it close up so I can only imagine how many miles are on it along with wear and tear.

I see carmax has one too also in Waukesha

Yeah I went to high school with him. Cool mother trucker. He's got a nice garage and some cool shit. We both owned Marauders and both went to the same bars but kept missing each other :goof
