I need to get out of my apartment and into something nicer until next year. I want another apartment or a duplex. Something decent though. I guess I'm willing to pay around $800 ? The place I'm at right now is in a nice area but its just run down and old. I know I made a thread about this before and people told me to buy a house. Well we are going to wait on buying a house until next year when Mandi is out of school.
