Got my exhaust ticket dropped. I walked in and said I wanted it dropped, explained that it's a classic car, and yes, it is modified. They offered to lower it to $58, I said I wanted it dropped.

Shit WA is the worst. For a period of about 4 months I was getting pulled over by them every 3 weeks or so. I'd get pulled over a block from my house on the way to the grocery store.

Funny I moved to Tosa then to New Berlin, got a Camry and haven't been pulled over since.

I've had ok luck with the wapd and loud pipes. I got pulled over for loud exhaust on my old bike ('82 cb750k with a 4:1 drag header). Ended up joking with the cop for ten minutes. Told me to go home and put the baffle back in. When I got pulled over in my LOUD f150 with straight pipes cop made no mention of the exhaust.
