Exhaust work needed and Ideas

On my turbo neon I'm looking to quite down my car ( 1 warning already ) but at the same time want free flowing exhaust.

Coming off the turbo I have a 3" down pipe that ends just after the fire wall, its ready for either 1/2 exhaust or Full exhaust ( doubt it :goof )

3" cherry bomb ?
3" thrush ?

Anyone have any recommendations for local auto parts stores that sell 3" resonators or ?

I'm looking for a shop that won't charge me a arm and a leg plus a kidney

If your doing it on the cheap i'd pick up a good turbo muffler (no pun intended)

If your looking to spend a few bucks I'd probably get a Magnaflow or the such
