I can't see pics cause I'm posting from my phone but just by what the guy writes it sounds kinda hacked together, but, it certainly is different. I'll applaud him for that. I'd be awfully suprised if I pulled up to him and heard it whining instead of whistling.

He kept saying it was an M90 from a Thunderbird, but those M90's had the inlet on the top I believe. The one he has looks like your typical L67 gen III M90.
This looks like something you'd see hacked together on Junkyard Wars.....
