My Camaro that's what.
Anybody catch the smoke trail turning from 27th to Rawson yesterday? Probably couldn't see my car.Maybe you saw it going down the road on the flatbed that took it home.

Motor is done.:(

really? OH NO! And to think it just drove all over for the Power Tour :( Sorry becky, that is sad. But it will be back soon enough better than ever!

WHAT!?

How'd that happen?

Just driving to a meeting...notice the temp getting a little too high. Stopped at the light to turn onto Rawson and had to turn the car off it was getting so high and then the smoke started and people telling us that coolant was pouring out.
I only had to get to 36th st.so I just went for it...smoke and all.
Opened the hood and coolant was spewing out of one of the valve covers all over.


Good thing the plan was to put the new motor in this weekend.I just didn't think I would actually drive it until it died.

Stuff a 572 into that thing. The only smoke you will get then is from the tires at 90 mph...:thumbsup

That sucks... but in a way not terrible timing. Good luck with the motor swap over the weekend.

If I did, I might let you borrow it for awhile.:shades It's be fun to see the look on Becky's face after the first time she felt the pull of a BIG motor. But alas, no spare 572ci BBC's laying around my domicile, even for me to use.

Ah well, guess we'll have to "make due" with the 'small' motor I've got. I'm thinking the pull from this one will put a big enough smile on her face.:thumbsup
