Chimney Repair ?

Does anyone here have a hook up or do chimney repairs?


My chimney on my house is needing some repair work done.


It looks like some of the tar or flashing has become loose and now there is a gap at the bottom section of it.


I want to fix this before it gets worse , there is a chimney liner in it so the brick part of it really is not going to leak anything...I don't have a ladder to fix it myself and even if i did I would never go on my roof since it is very steep ..:alcoholic

I strongly recommend Milwaukee Chimney, we use them at work and there clean and decently priced.

Most of the south side has used them.
